When I tell people I'm art therapist, I get one question and two responses. People, ask, "What is art therapy?" And then, they say, "Oh, I need that!" followed by "But I can't draw." Many adults and even kids feel like they have no artistic skill. Yet, you don't need any artistic skill to reap the benefits of art-making.
